June 3rd, 2008 | Filed under English entries.My nokia 5300, it is one great phone that i have. But there is a problem with the battery, the battery is too short for listening the music. I come up with this tips may help you to save some juice out of your phone. This tips also covers tips to maximize your 5300 phone.
Camera Tips:
1. I Always set the NIGHT MODE when using my 5300 to shoot indoors area.
2. I Set White Balance to Daylight when i work outdoors, Fluorescent when i work indoors
3. I set the resolution to 800 x 600. Yeaah, Using camera is put up a bigger drain on battery.
Battery Tips:
1. I use nokia 5300 camera just when i need it.
2. I set Packet Data Connection When when i need too (you can found this setting on: Settings>Connectivity>Packet Data
3. I turn on the Power Saver Feature.
4. I turn off my Bluetooth when i do not use it.
5. I turn off the screensavers
6. I do manual to find network connections (Settings> Phone> Operator Selection> Manual) . When you Using This tips the phone doesn’t search a signal all the time. This tips only great for a place with a good signal.
7. I know its fun to play games, but i realize it can decrease my battery fast.
8. I don’t discharge battery frequently, i know that it will decrease it’s performance.
9. About battery maintenance, i discharge the battery every 30 charge cycles or once a month.
10. I have an extra battery, i know i am a heavy user of this gadged..
