Abraham Hicks- General Wellbeing Meditation



  1. I listen to this series of 4 meditations every morning. If you are new to this, it is not a bad idea to actually buy the mp3 downloads with the User Guide, etc., as it has a lot of helpful suggestions about using these meditations – General Well-being, Financial Well-being, Physical Well-being, and Relationships. At first I had trouble following the breathing. It's essentially breathing in 3 counts and breathing out 5 counts, which seems odd at first, but eventually you do it naturally without thinking too often about it.

  3. great meditation. been doing it every morning for past two weeks of my pregnancy. im 37 weeks and have felt increased joy, decreased or none existent anxiety, increased baby growth and movement. increased mental focus. increased energy.
